1. Designation: Service Engineer/ Sr.Service Engineer – Customer Support

Educational Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Instrumentations.

Experience : 2 to 4 yrs or more.

Job Description:

Role includes customer support, onsite Installation and Commissioning, Servicing and Repairs which includes following task for Gas Detection System, Timers and Scanner all other related products.

  1. Onsite PAN India visit for multiple locations in single visit.
  2. Continuous travel to multiple sites for upto 30 or more days based on requirement
  3. Technical competence to understand the system and implementation of same at site
  4. Installation and technical commissioning of complete system at site.
  5. On site calibration and AMC
  6. Alarm Challenge test of system.
  7. Onsite/Offsite fault finding and implementation of corrective measures in system.
  8. Technical System integration and coordination with electrician for cable laying and casing.
  9. Onsite training to customer and document preparation.
  10. Maintain onsite service report, MOM copy, AMC Raw data etc and handover same after reaching office.
  11. Coordination with customer for site availability and readiness.
  12. Back office support for Onsite team and material arrangement from office.
  13. Telephonic and online support to customer.
  14. Make CSS quotation for repair or visit charges.
  15. Repairing of instruments based on requirement.
  16. Customized calibration reports based on requirement.
