This technocrat began a small company manufacturing Digital Panel Meters & Digital Indicators, but soon expanded his product portfolio to over 100 products, a number that is constantly growing. The Company today has an experienced and well qualified team of technical experts, professionals and capable office staff. Our infrastructure not only includes a full-fledged manufacturing unit & office, but we also have a conference room & testing laboratory.

Marketing Department – Ensuring happy, satisfied customers.

AMBETRONICS has trained and well qualified professionals who specialize in customer satiations. Headed by the Marketing Executive, this team of professionals is experienced in arranging for product demonstrations, trails, product introduction seminars and customer training. Their aim is to give you the best service possible. WE have a well equipped conference room where we can give a hands-on demo to dealers and suppliers, as well as customers. Of course, we are ever-ready to do the needful in your own premises.

Production department – Ensuring Zero Defect Instruments                                       

Our trained and experienced technicians and assembler are skilfully guided by our specialist Production Manager. Everything moves like clockwork here, with perfection and precision in this smooth Production line set-up where PCB assembly, instrument sub-assembly, final assembly and testing are carried out . The department is well equipped with production tools, jigs & fixtures, lab instruments calibrators and environmental test chambers to make sure the job is done perfectly.

 Quality Control for perfect Process Control.

We are well equipped with the latest, Superior Environmental test chambers and hot air ovens, vibration testing, insulation test to make sure our instrumentation not only withstands extreme conditions but performs well under the toughest conditions. We have vibration testing and ultrasonic cleaning for PCBs. Our computerized testing systems ensure accuracy and reliability and the highest performance standards. You can rest assured with AMBETRONICS Process Control Instruments and Concentrate on your end results and profit as our Quality testing Programme is very thorough.

We have a 3 level Quality Assurance Testing Programme according to exacting specifications : 

      (1)   Component level testing.
(2)    Sub-assembly (PCB) level testing &
(3)   Final assembly testing. Every instrument undergoes a BURN-IN of 48 hours, which reveals infants mortality, if any. After POST-BURN-IN, a functional check is performed the instrument is thoroughly checked, a Test-Report is prepared and ‘QC OK’ Sticker is affixed to the instrument. Only then does the instrument go out of our Factory.

Documents Control Department- Tracking our success:

To ensure that we serve you well and have the right information at our fingertips, we have a special Document Control Department. Our staff competently keeps a track of all circuit schematics, mechanical drawings, process assembly sheets, OEMs, Engineering Change Notices (ECN), test reports, various reports, forms, serial number registers & other technical registers, so that you get results quickly & accurately.

Customer Support Department – For Quality Backup:

This department is part of Project Division. Besides the Project Division Team, it comprises a Marketing Engineer & Technical Writer. It provides customer assistance in service, erection & commissioning & technical support.
